1. Control System:

• Controlled by Siemens PLC + Kunlun Tongtai touch screen, with simple operation.
• Each temperature zone is controlled by PID temperature control to achieve precise temperature control in multiple temperature zones.
• Equipped with a leakage protection switch to ensure the safety of operators and the control system.
• Equipped with a double-layer overcurrent protection system to ensure that the equipment circuit can be powered off in time when overcurrent occurs, protecting the safety of the equipment's electrical system.
• Equipped with an over-temperature and low-temperature alarm system to ensure the safety of equipment heating and normal production.
• Alarm mode: automatic sound and light alarm.

2.Heating System:

• Adopts infrared heating tube heating method, with the heating tube being a specially made φ10mm glass steel tube.
• A radiation cover is installed above the infrared heating tube to maximize the radiation of infrared heat to the PCB board, enabling rapid temperature rise, with a maximum temperature of up to 150℃.
• Divided into two temperature zones for heating, with independent temperature control for each zone.
• Each temperature zone is equipped with seven infrared emission tubes, arranged evenly.
• Both the furnace chamber and inner liner are made of special materials, and the outer layer is covered with thickened insulation cotton to ensure minimal heat loss; each temperature zone has independent temperature control.

3.Transportation System:

• Chain transmission operation, controlled by a computer in a fully closed loop, which can meet the simultaneous production of different types of PCBs.
• High-strength guide rail design with small thermal deformation to ensure accuracy.
• The guide rail width adjustment is realized by manual width adjustment, controlled by the panel, which is convenient and easy to use.
• Transportation mode: chain.

4.Safe Opening Method of Upper Furnace Body:

• The lifting mechanism of the electric screw, with a scientific span space, makes the lifting of the upper furnace body safe, reliable and free from deformation.
• The electric lifting motor with a lock will not slide down in case of power failure to ensure safety.    

5.High Efficiency and Energy Saving:

• Has very low starting power and average power.
